Ten in a Million Campaign

We all know someone who has been impacted by cancer. We've heard of the tribulations, the financial burden, the battle for life. But unless you've personally suffered from cancer, you don't know how the harsh side effects of cancer treatment feel.

Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green, the founder of the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation, is on the verge of changing the way cancer is treated and reducing human suffering by providing cancer care that is accessible, affordable and effective.

When Black Women Gather (WBWG) is kicking off its Ten in a Million Campaign to support Dr. Green's efforts to translate her ground-breaking study of eliminating tumors in mice into a feasible treatment for humans.

WBWG asks that Black Women join forces globally to collectively pool our efforts and our resources to realize a goal of raising $1,000,000 for the Ora Lee Foundation.

Ten In A Million Fundraising Strategy:

Black Women throughout the African Diaspora will donate at least $10.00 (more is always appreciated), then create a circle of ten friends who will each also donate a minimum of $10 and get ten of their friends to do the same. Infinite donor circles of ten will ensure that Black Women will propel Dr. Green closer to her fundraising goal and that monies raised will come from a grassroots effort.

ALL donors and individual contributions of any size are welcome!

Recurring donations appreciated. (Donor options below)
